The big 0.1 update: adding in the game

There is now reason to do things as if you do not eat, sleep, shit and game for too long you will die. the green bar is your gaming needs, the brown bar is how much poop is in your butt, the blue bar is how sleepy you are and the yellow bar is now full your tummy is. Have fun seeing how long you can live like this goblin!
