0.8.5 The Evil Update
This most recent update has taken an extremely long time to create, life has been hectic leaving me little time to work on it regularly. however I am still hard at work as much as I can and this update will be released some time this year. I'm calling it "The Evil Update" as I have made many changes that increase difficulty, enemies are more aggressive, there are now 5 unique debuffs that effect the player in different ways, and the biggest edition bossfights. There will be a different boss at each tower escalating in difficulty, none of them are easy to beat effective use of all available tools is necessary for victory. Some other changes include bug fixes and improvements to the controls. I am confident this update will come out this year all that's left to do is create the final boss and test for bugs, fix as many as I can and everything will be ready!
The Great Beyond
As for what's next after this update, I have plans for another fat whopper of an update I'm already calling "The Kind Update". I plan to implement systems to upgrade your weapons, grapple hook, max health and more! The idea is to reward more stylish game play with more currency that will be used in between levels before the helicopter section, the higher your style rank the more money you will get from killing enemies. This will allow the player to gain power capable of scaling with more enemies, more complex moves and add an extra layer of strategy to the game overall. I would also like to add some kind of enemy index, most likely on the computer in the main menu where you can read lore about enemies as well as see their stats/moves. I have more that I plan to add post even beyond this, such as potentially 3 different bosses per tower making every play through a little more varied

- helmet radio! press tab when wearing a helmet!
- dummy don has a chance of dropping a gun if you are missing any
- you can punch aliens in the face now!
- new hats for player and enemies
- you now aim at the cursor by default, you can hold shift to use W/S to aim
- bug fixes
- helmet system will no longer target grapple points that move behind a wall
- grapple up through platforms consistently
- you can no longer run and shoot while dancing
- camera no longer shakes when cursor is at edge of screen
- empty hand no longer disappears when wall sliding
